OUR STORY

Y'all know I love building menus around a story

Maggie trained at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and brings that craft home to Columbia with a women-owned truck, Louisiana roots, and a deep belief that food tastes better when it comes with a story.

Every menu is a little trip — backyard cookouts, county fairs, church homecomings — always made from scratch, always with a Maggie's twist.

Eat Local illustration of Maggie

Made from scratch

Tortillas, relishes, sauces, bread pudding — if it's on the menu, it was made by hand that morning.

Rooted in Louisiana

Debris roast beef, Cajun rice, muffuletta everything. The bayou follows Maggie wherever she cooks.

All are welcome

Vegan dogs next to beef dogs, gluten-free bowls next to po'boys. Everybody eats at Maggie's.

Maggie and Krislyn Grace the day they signed the papers on the food truck

The day we signed the papers on the food truck. Ask us about it one day!
